Jason Henderson, Esq. is a corporate and transactional attorney with over twenty years of experience handling complex transactions in media and IP licensing and distribution as well as product counsel and service agreements for Fortune 500 companies. A Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US), Mr. Henderson is recognized for his expertise in technology and media personalization, and is listed as the inventor on several patents in streaming technology and real-time AI.

Mr. Henderson earned his BA in History from the University of Dallas and his Juris Doctor from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law. He currently serves as a commissioner with the Littleton Historical Preservation Commission.

Beyond his legal practice, Mr. Henderson is the co-founder of Castle Bridge Media, publisher of the popular Castle of Horror Anthology series, has written for Electronic Arts and Marvel Comics, and has had multiple books optioned for film.

Alexandra Ong, Esq. is a graduate of the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where she distinguished herself through academic excellence and leadership in business law. Originally from Fort Worth, Texas, Ms. Ong earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Management with a Pre-Law concentration and a Certificate in International Business Studies from Texas A&M University’s Mays Business School, graduating magna cum laude.

During law school, she served as Senior Editor for Race to the Bottom, the university’s business law blog, and provided pro bono legal counsel to nonprofits and small businesses as a student attorney in the Community and Economic Development Clinic. Ms. Ong is also a published contributor to the Colorado Evidence Courtroom Manual (2024–2025 and 2025–2026 editions).

Since joining JWL International in 2023, Ms. Ong has worked on a broad range of complex legal matters and brings experience in international legal research, contract drafting, business litigation, and regulatory analysis. Andrew Toig, Esq. is Of Counsel to JWL International, where he specializes in complex domestic and international commercial transactions and provides outside general counsel services to a diverse client base. His practice encompasses equipment and telecommunications agreements, secured transactions, international business law, corporate governance, and strategic technology partnerships.

Mr. Toig brings extensive experience in contract drafting and negotiation, regulatory compliance, and risk management, delivering practical legal solutions that align with business objectives while mitigating legal exposure. He holds a Juris Doctor from Duke University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Colorado College.

His legal career includes in-house counsel roles with DISH Network and Denver Water, where he advised on matters ranging from infrastructure development and water rights to regulatory compliance. A Colorado native, Mr. Toig is committed to advocacy and inclusion, having founded the Law Students for Accessibility organization at Duke Law and remaining active as a member of the Colorado Disability Bar Association.

He currently serves on the board of the Colorado Insurance Council and is an engaged member of the Greater Englewood Chamber of Commerce and the Colorado State Bar Association. His areas of expertise also include privacy and data security, corporate governance, and regulatory strategy.

James R. Waite, Esq. is a seasoned corporate and transactional attorney with over three decades of experience in the acquisition, sale, and leasing of businesses, equipment, and real estate. Throughout his career, Mr. Waite has held executive leadership roles—including General Counsel, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Operating Officer—across a diverse range of industries, from aviation to equipment leasing.

He is the author of the American Rental Association’s definitive guide on rental contracts and has contributed extensively to national and international publications such as Equipment World, RER Magazine, International Rental News, Rental Magazine, ForConstructionPros, and the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. Mr. Waite is also a frequent speaker at industry association conferences, where he shares insights on legal and operational best practices.
