Rene Del Barco is a graduate of the University of Puget Sound’s Coolidge Otis Chapman Honors Program, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in biochemistry with minors in mathematics and bioethics. During his undergraduate studies, Mr. Del Barco was the three-year captain of the Varsity Men’s Tennis Team and received the Robin Hamilton Award for Attitude and Effort contributing to team achievement. He is currently pursuing his Juris Doctor at The George Washington University Law School with a concentration in International Business Law. At The George Washington University Law School, he is actively involved in mock trial and the Student Bar Association. Mr. Del Barco brings a multidisciplinary background in healthcare and construction to support a practical and analytical approach to problem-solving in high-pressure environments. In his free time Mr. Del Barco sits on the Chapter Advisory Board for the Phi Delta Theta Washington Delta Chapter and has been selected to serve on the Alumni Leadership Circle for Regis Jesuit High School. Gregory Dole

Gregory Dole, Esq. is a senior attorney with JWL International, bringing over 27 years of specialized experience in international trade law. His distinguished career spans both public service and private sector leadership. After earning his degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, Mr. Dole served as a U.S. Navy officer aboard the USS Midway before pursuing his Juris Doctor at Georgetown University Law Center. He began his legal career in government, serving four years as counsel to the senior Republican on the House Appropriations Committee. He was later appointed Assistant Secretary for Aviation and International Affairs under President Ronald Reagan, where he played a key role in shaping U.S. aviation and trade policy. Following his government service, Mr. Dole spent 27 years as an international trade attorney with The Boeing Company, the nation’s largest exporter of manufactured goods, where he advised on global trade strategy and regulatory compliance. Jason Henderson

Jason Henderson, Esq. is a corporate and transactional attorney with over twenty years of experience handling complex transactions in media and IP licensing and distribution as well as product counsel and service agreements for Fortune 500 companies. A Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US), Mr. Henderson is recognized for his expertise in technology and media personalization, and is listed as the inventor on several patents in streaming technology and real-time AI. Mr. Henderson earned his BA in History from the University of Dallas and his Juris Doctor from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law. He currently serves as a commissioner with the Littleton Historical Preservation Commission. Richard Kaufman

Richard Kaufman, Esq. is a seasoned corporate and litigation attorney with over 30 years of experience in both public service and private practice. He previously served for nine years as a trial attorney with the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Denver, where he specialized in employment discrimination litigation and represented the federal government in over four hundred cases, including complex tort claims involving medical malpractice and catastrophic injury. Prior to his tenure with the Department of Justice, Mr. Kaufman served as Deputy Attorney General for the State of Colorado for seven years. In this role, he led the Enforcement Division, overseeing litigation related to securities, tax, Medicaid, and consumer fraud. He also served as the Attorney General’s liaison to the Governor and the Colorado General Assembly, providing legal analysis on enrolled legislation and presenting the Attorney General’s legislative agenda through testimony before key committees. Sam Karmin is a dual-degree graduate of the University of Michigan, where he earned a Bachelor of Information Sciences from the School of Information and a Master of Business Management from the Ross School of Business. He is currently pursuing his Juris Doctor at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where he is actively involved in the Jewish Law Students Association and is preparing to join the National Trial Team. Prior to law school, Mr. Karmin built a strong foundation in financial planning and analysis, most recently serving as a Senior FP&A Analyst for Thirteenth Floor Entertainment Group and Funding Circle LLC. In these roles, he led financial modeling, budgeting, and strategic planning across diverse business units. His earlier experience includes co-founding Concession Cups LLC, a sustainability-focused startup, and serving as a financial consultant at Guidehouse Inc., where he advised major healthcare systems on revenue cycle optimization and electronic medical record implementation. Mr. Karmin also completed a data analytics internship with Kirkland & Ellis LLP, and holds advanced certifications in financial modeling and valuation.
