ARA Members:

  • One complimentary 50 point rental contract analysis every 24 months.
  • Rental contract can be no more than 2 pages, single spaced, at least 12-pt. font.
  • This service is provided on a pro bono basis for ARA Members.

NON-ARA MEMBERS:

  • We charge $250 per page (12-pt font, normal spacing) for reviewing and commenting on contracts of all kinds.

FOR ALL OTHER CONTRACT NEEDS:

We reserve the right to accept or reject any contract, for any reason, or for no reason.
