Jason Henderson, Esq., is a corporate and transactional attorney with over twenty years of experience handling complex transactions in media and IP licensing and distribution as well as product counsel and service agreements for Fortune 500 companies. A Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US), Mr. Henderson is recognized for his expertise in technology and media personalization, and is listed as the inventor on several patents in streaming technology and real-time AI. Mr. Henderson earned his BA in History from the University of Dallas and his Juris Doctor from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law. He currently serves as a commissioner with the Littleton Historical Preservation Commission. Beyond his legal practice, Mr. Henderson is the co-founder of Castle Bridge Media, publisher of the popular Castle of Horror Anthology series, has written for Electronic Arts and Marvel Comics, and has had multiple books optioned for film. Anthony J. Poulos is a transaction and litigation attorney at JWL International in Savannah. His practice centers on heavy equipment and construction law. He represents businesses and individuals in commercial disputes and transactions, and he handles cases from the first pleading through discovery, motion practice, negotiation, and trial. He also regularly advises businesses and boards of directors on legal matters, with a particular interest in veteran-owned businesses.

Before joining JWL International, Anthony was a litigation attorney and represented the Georgia Ports Authority in more than twenty tort lawsuits, defended Georgia counties and municipalities in state and federal court, including § 1983 civil rights claims, and advised buyers and sellers in mergers and acquisitions. He also served on the Criminal Justice Act Panel for the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Georgia.

Anthony gained his trial experience in the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps at Fort Stewart. As a military prosecutor with the 3rd Infantry Division, he tried serious felony-level cases to verdict, including sexual assault and violent crime prosecutions. As Special Victims’ Counsel, he represented more than 80 survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence, and child abuse. He still serves in the Army Reserve as military defense counsel with the 154th Legal Operations Detachment.

His legal career started with veterans. He brought a Federal Tort Claims Act case against the United States over Camp Lejeune water contamination, defeated the government’s discretionary-function defense, and then successfully argued before the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation (MDL No. 2911), defeating the government’s attempt to centralize the case. He also represented veterans in discharge upgrade and disability matters.

Anthony’s path to the law included years of public service. He served seven years as a Boston police officer in the city’s busiest district and was later chosen for the department’s full-time SWAT team. He received the department’s commendation medal twice. Before that, he served four years on active duty as a U.S. Coast Guard intelligence specialist. His Coast Guard work included a Joint Interagency Task Force South counter-drug patrol that led to a human trafficking interdiction and the seizure of more than 50 kilograms of cocaine.

He continues that service as pro bono General Counsel and a member of the Board of Directors for The 200 Club of the Coastal Empire, which supports the families of first responders killed in the line of duty. Outside the office, Anthony coaches his children’s youth sports teams, volunteers locally, reads, and travels with his wife and two children.

Anthony holds a J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, an M.B.A. in Finance from Columbia Southern University and a B.A. in Communications from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
